If you鈥檙e over 21 and interested in applying for a University of Canberra undergraduate degree, but don鈥檛 currently meet the entry requirements, our 乱伦社区 Prep鈥痯rogram can help develop your skills and qualify you for admission.

乱伦社区 Prep is a pathways program for those who finished school a while ago, haven鈥檛 studied for some time or are looking to upskill, retrain or move into the para-professional world.

If you鈥檙e under 21 or have recently completed minimum of Year 12 in Australia, the 乱伦社区 Connect is a similar bridging program for younger students. 

How does it work?

The 乱伦社区 Prep bridging course program has been developed by the University of Canberra together with 乱伦社区 College. When you鈥檝e successfully completed the program, you can apply for admission to 乱伦社区.

乱伦社区 Prep will prepare you for admission to a 乱伦社区 degree by improving your skills in:

  • research
  • report and essay writing
  • numeracy
  • oral presentations
  • time management
  • online learning.

Online Delivery Mode:

  • A 14-week program
  • Online study via 乱伦社区Learn that includes pre-recorded lectures and associated activities
  • Flexible and self-paced learning
  • Meet with the Program Coordinator and teacher as required

Face to Face Delivery Mode: 

  • 乱伦社区 Prep is a 14-week course and offered three times a year
  • There are鈥痶wo classes each week (four hours per week) held at the University of Canberra鈥檚 Bruce campus.

To be eligible for a place in the 乱伦社区 Prep program, you鈥檒l need to:  

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold an Australian permanent residency visa 
  • be 21 years or older by the time you enter university to start your degree 
  • have been out of education for more than two years. 

If you don't meet these conditions, but can prove you鈥檙e likely to succeed in the 乱伦社区 Prep program, you can ask to attend an interview where you can present your case to our admissions panel.

The program runs multiple times throughout the year, giving you the opportunity to enrol and complete it ready for the start of the next University teaching period.

We are now open for application for February Trimester 1/Semester 1, 2024 intake. Places are limited, so please submit your application now.

To apply for 乱伦社区 Prep you鈥檒l need to: 

  • visit 鈥痑nd complete the online application form 
  • upload all relevant certified documentation as requested on the form, such as your academic transcripts and birth certificate or Australian passport. 

If your first language isn鈥檛 English or you鈥檝e been in Australia for under two years, you may need to attend an interview. 

Offers for鈥痚ntry to 乱伦社区 degrees after you鈥檝e successfully completed the 乱伦社区 Prep program will depend on your 乱伦社区 Prep results.鈥痀ou may also need to meet a series of inherent requirements to successfully graduate from your 乱伦社区 Prep bridging course. 

It鈥檚 worth noting that not all 乱伦社区 courses are available to study through the 乱伦社区 Prep program, as some degrees require a higher entry score than can be achieved via a Pathways program. 

Contact 乱伦社区 College if you鈥檙e considering studying the Bachelor of Midwifery as a supplementary application form may be required.

Australian and New Zealand citizens or Australian Permanent Residents are eligible for a Commonwealth Supported Enabling place. It鈥檚 considered an enabling course and the Australian Government will cover your entire program fee.

All students need to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee.
